There are many things you can do to stay your brain sharp.
Sure there are clear things like good sleep, a healthy diet, exercise, reading, etc. But there is one in fact powerful thing you can do to keep the brain sharp. I can for my part vouch for how helpful it is. Before this exercise, I was making terrible grades in college, but after, my grades shot up and I got into one of the top mark off schools for my field of interest.
Now, what is this exercise? It is mantra meditation, a very great form of meditation that has been shown to noticeably increase your brain show.
• I have tried every kinds of meditation, mindfulness, guided, and so on, but by far the best kind of meditation I have tried is mantra meditation. None of the others even come close to mantra meditation when it comes to as long as you with mental clarity. Since working mantra thought my life has wholly changed for the better. It is not just my grades as mentioned earlier, but all other aspects of my life. In adding up to boosting your mental clarity, mantra meditation also boosts your mood. I feel 100 xs happier, and I do not skill nearly as much anger, greed, lust, etc. It is very fantastic, and thus I highly advise it.

The finest mantra to tune is the maha-mantra, which is: Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare/ Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. If you chant this mantra repeatedly you will find inner peace attain the mental clarity needed to attain your dreams. You can chant on beads, (look up japa beads) or chant it out loud to yourself so that you can hear it.
