Hello, the function is very nice, thanks for sharing it. However I had a problem, which is that every time I use the function for different subsets of the same dataset (I have flower traits but measured for different treatments), I get a different order of the variables in the x and y axes in the heatmap, I for comparative purposes I really would like to keep the same order of the variables regardless of the different subsets. How can I do this?

Hi,

Normally, if you specify the argument hc.order = FALSE (default), then you'll have the same order of variables.

Would you, please, post the R code you used to visualize the correlation matrix?
